Venue
The conference is being held at Living Springs. You can view their website here
They have a number of activities that you will be able to do in your free time - mountainbiking, swimming (heated indoor pool), bushwalks etc
Accommodation is in bunkhouses

Transport
Living Springs is about 20 minutes from the centre of Christchurch and about 40 minutes from the airport. We will arrange airport pickups to minimise costs to delegates

Cost
Members of Affiliated Clubs - $120
Members of non-affiliated clubs - $130 per person.
There will be an additional $10 charge for special dietary requests such as for vegetarian, gluten free & allergies

Friday evening $5

SATURDAY
Morning Session $10
Morning Session + Lunch $30*
Afternoon Session $10
Lunch + Afternoon Session $30*
All day $35*
All day + dinner $60*
Dinner + evening $30*

SUNDAY
Morning Session $10
Morning Session + Lunch $30*
*Special Dietary Request add $5 per day

Sleeping bag/bedding

Recreational gear (togs, riding gear etc)
